We had a rain delay of about 2 weeks, but being in Bundaberg we don't complain about rain!! We had a vision and we drew up a plan - we wanted something bespoke, a bit different to the norm, to sit flush with both an existing deck as well as a new (and as yet unbuilt) deck expansion, we wanted to retain as many of the trees and existing vegetation as possible (on a bush block!), and the team would have no access from the front driveway of the property….how hard could it be?! We knew what we wanted and Kevin and his team delivered it in spades.
We were listened to, any concerns we might have had were heard and quickly put to rest by Kevin’s obvious experience and knowledge. Our requests for specific design elements or small changes along the way were all met with a smile, a “no problem” and we were left with a genuine feeling that the Doneman’s team really wanted to help us achieve what we set out to.
What we now have is a really fantastic mineral pool set into our deck, with underdeck pool cover storage, 4m in-water lounging ledge, beautiful underwater lighting, stainless steel and matching paver skimmer box hide and an automatic pool cleaner that even works under the pool cover. We couldn’t be happier. Kevin is the reason the end result is as good as it is – he was onsite every step of the way, checking all the key planning and milestones as well as the progress at every stage. He made us feel like our business was important to him and his company and that’s very difficult to do in today’s world. We cannot recommend Kevin and his team highly enough – the experience has been fabulous from beginning to end."

During our initial engagement with Donemans we were met by helpful, courteous and knowledgeable staff who assisted us to design and fit-out our pool to best meet our needs. We lived interstate and all but one engagement with Donemans was conducted via email and telephone. Throughout the build process, Donemans kept us advised of installation milestones and whenever projected issues arose.
